CHOCOLATE CONTEST
Colton & Courtney's Grooms cake This was a suprise for the bride and groom. He wanted something camo at the wedding so I delivered! Small 3 tier bottom layer to look like a tree trunk with their initials in it other layers in camo fondant with ducks, cat tails a boat and fishing gear. Entire cake was Triple Chocolate Fudge with Truffle Ganache filling and iced in Ganache. Bottom Tier is covered in Chocolate Fondant.

They did and everytime I see them they talk about it. The cake was a Triple Chocolate Fudge cake filled and iced with ganache... the groomsmen all ask me at every wedding I see them at if I made "that fantastic chocolate cake again"
