Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

The top tier of this cake was a vanilla madeira cake filled with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream and covered in ivory sugarpaste and the bottom tier was a chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate sugarpaste. Chocolate roses & white chocolate roses decorated the cakes.

I started to make the roses about 2 weeks before I needed them and kept them in the fridge until they went onto the cake.
