I made this cheesecake on 02/22/10 using 3 pkgs cream cheese, 2 cups of melted semisweet chocolate, one can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 4 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and the graham cracker crust was made by me as well. I used a stand mixer to blend all the ingredients together and poured it in a 9 in springform pan.
