No Becky - just me!  I do this every year and seem to get more orders each time!  I was pretty exhausted - not the stamina I used to have when I was younger.  But I do it in stages.  Bake, cool, fill, roll over 2 days and leave them wrapped in cling film in the fridge.  Cover, decorate and box up the day before delivery.  The modelling chocolate roses are made well in advance and stored.
