yes sorry it's fondant, my son is a Chippy so I had all the tools on the table to copy. and yes I just play around with the fondant till it resembles the shape.

Hi Shelly -Ann, I make my own sugar paste, it behaves like pastillage, dries out completely, I make them 4 or 5 days in advance and then paint them.
If you want the recipe it's on my face book page, search " bake me a cake" then look out for the polar bear in the profile pic. if your not on face book just Google " bake me a cake Ann Pallett" and it should take you to my photos on my facebook.
