THEME: CHINESE Cake ..with Happy Birthday written in both Chinese and English for a Sweet 16th Birthday. Made in Chocolate Cake with Strawberry filling(top),yellow cake with pineapple filling(mid) and Rum Cake. Covered in Butter-cream and Fondant with Gum-paste Asian Flowers,Golden Dragon and trim.
