This was for a lady that just stopped me in the street when I was delivering another cake and asked me to make her brother's birthday cake! I thought it was weird and didn't expect anything to come of it. But she followed through. She wanted a simple, plain cake and this is what she got. Victoria sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Covered in fondant with a fondant balloon. Royal icing piped shell border.

Thanks for the compliments all - so weird to hear 'neat' and 'Katy' in the same sentence lol! Not usually my strongest point, I have to say. But this time the chips were in my favour.
Luz, thanks for the tip about the sizing, that could well have something to do with it.
Beautiful Katy. so neat!! About your picture, the same thing happened to me when I first tried to post my Topsy Turvey cake pictures that I took with my cellphone, I do it all the time but this time they came out flat, so I deleted them and what I did was that when I sent them to my e-mail address from my cellphone I changed the option my cellphone gives about the size of the picture, it always says "original" so I changed it to "medium size", because the were to big for the screen. I am sure your tablet has a similar option. Maybe this will help.
Lovely cake Katy, perfect...I really like the simplicity..so clean
You did entirely too good a job on the fondant for it to be covered with decorations, Katy! This is perfect, lovely cake!
thanks Denise and Goreti. Goreti, it came from my Tablet, via Dropbox, as opposed to straight to the site. I think that has something to do with it.
It is such a lovely cake. Wonder why it looks so flat? Did you do anything differently when you posted?
It isn't as flat as this by the way! If you view full size, it comes out as it should!
