A Hermes Berkin bag I made to replicate the celebrant's favourite bag and her necklace. I baked and stacked a 11" by 15" sheet cake and carved it to the shape of the bag. Completed the cake using a texture mat to create the crocodile print. I was pleased by the way it turned out :)
