Chocolate cake with coquito ( Spanish Eggnog) butter cream
Chocolate cake with a hint of coffee and a crunchy merengue center. Coquito buttercream,(Spanish eggnog), with a hint of lime zest and toasted coconut. Chocolate ganache, small merengue flowers decor and caramel garnish and more toasted coconut.
