Cat in the Hat
A Dr. Seuss cake for Icing Smiles. The Cat in the Hat is modeled from rice cereal treats and fondant and painted with petal dusts mixed with vodka, as are the pictures around the cake. The cat's whiskers are angel hair pasta painted with petal dust.
