Graduation cake for a friend. She completed medical school and decided to throw a huge black tie dinner party with the theme of Casino Night. Top tier is Italian Cream cake with buttercream, Middle tier is Red Velvet with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Bottom tier is triple chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache and fondant.
