CARLING
Madeira cake carved into shape and filled with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream and covered in sugarpaste. Real beer can is supported by a wooden bbq slewer covered in sugarpaste and inserted into cake.

Madeira cake is a moist vanilla cake ideal for carving into shapes, similar to pound cake I think.

You mention all your cakes are Madeira. What exactly is that? I never heard of that cake before.
