Hello June! Thank you! The lace band around the cake is Wilton Sugar Sheets used with a Martha Stewart lace punch, sprayed with Wilton Color Mist and luster dusted. This punch is brand new and will only be used with the sugar sheet. To attach the lace bands to the buttercream frosting,  I used piping gel. I hope this helps.  Also, thank you Margaret. TFL

Very pretty. Your flowers are lovely. Is that stenciling around the cake, or is that a mould?  Looks like tiny doilies.   :o)
