Cricket Cake - Summer sports in Australia - 625F

This cake was made for my cricket-playing-mad neighbor to celebrate his 50th birthday. All decorations were hand-made from fondant. The figure was a caricature of him. Chocolate cake split and filled with choc-hazelnut ganache and chopped roasted hazelnuts then covered in rich chocolate ganache and fondant.
