Mermaid Cake - 1119F

This cake was made for my Grand-daughters 7th birthday.

Base is an 8" square sponge cake, covered in mint green fondant icing to represent the sea.

The seaweed is made using a ruscus cutter and place around the four side of cake.

All shells, and sealife is made from fondant icing using a mould, as is the Mermaid.
