Thanks Bonnie I appreciate the info.   I made some oreo pops and I wondered if the cake pops were made the same way Now when you said you have a new cake pop roller where do you get something like that?

You have been such a good friend ot help me along since I have started coming on this site, I am from North Carolina where are you from I rarely have ever talked to someone I don't know so this is real nice having someone I don't know giving me good advice on cake stuff

Tamara, There are really no secrets these days with the web and all, so ofcourse I'll tell. It's Bakerella! She has a great video and also a book callled 'CAKE POPS'. Check it out! I love it. Very easy. Bake a cake, let cool. Break up into tiny, tiny pieces. Add about a tablespoon of buttercream at a time, while mixing (w/ paddle). When it all sticks together like dough it is ready to roll. I have the new cake pop roller, but if you don't any of the 'scoops' will do to get a uniform size. Then simply roll in your hands till round. Take your stick and dip into melted chocolate or candy melts and insert into ball. Cool for about 15 min. only take out 2 or 3 at a time to work with. Thats it. Easy! Good luck. :)
