These r flat till they are eaten , once there scooped there frozen and I take them out frozen and smooth them now with my tumbs if the cake pop gets soft and it starts to crum I simply freeze them again , when smooth I dip the stick in chocolate and put it all the way down like in the pic and freeze them completely again , when completely frozen and firm I dip them shake any extra chocolate and imifiately sprinkle any decoration .

Beautiful cake pops. I am always trying to make these cake pops, I put the chocolate on the stick, the cake ball still slides down, I try putting melted chocolate on them they never come out looking clean and pretty like yours. It drives me crazy because I would love to make them for the kids in the school. What could I do to make them look like this. Thank you.
