Cake made for Wilton's basic cake decorating final class

This is so nicely done, for a Wilton Class Cake, or anything else, but remind me again why you thought taking the class at all was a good idea, or necessary???! lol-lol   Or were you like me, finding out if I had the consistencies correct? ha-ha-ho-ho
