This is a spice cake that I made using my triple chocolate sour cream cappuccino pound cake recipe and I modified it using caramel milk that Katy told me about. The icing was also made from that caramel milk

Thanks guys. I had so much fun making this cake! Number one, I had never used that caramel milk stuff in a cake before, so that was a new experience for me, and I had also done a little 'shopping' on Saturday (yesterday) to purchase new molds so I was excited about trying them out on this cake. I was also under a little pressure to get this and the other cake done as I had just gotten the order at the beginning of the week and didn't know if I could get that figure painted and put together in time for it to dry. So, when it all came together 'okay' I was pretty 'chuffed' (I'm coining that word from Katy). lol

Oh wow - what a stunner! I can't think of a better use for caramel - how come your icing didn't go light brown?
