Buttercream Cake Contest
5 tiers, all buttercream, black and sequined ribbons at base of each, swirl detail in periwinkle BC with little rhinestones set into some of the swirls. This bride was all about the bling and wanted over the top on everything.

The ribbons were not edible. The bride wanted as much bling as we could get, and the rhinestone ribbon she found online would have cost around $200 for this cake, so she opted for the sequins from Hobby Lobby. The whole cake was fake except for the top tier, so she wasn't concerned about using non edible accessories.
