Nicely done!  I've done the cross-stitch in buttercream and know how much work that is.  That turned out beautifully. I bet your mom loved it =)

This cake was created for my mother's 80th birthday.  She is an avid counted cross stitcher and I wanted to create a picture that resembled her stitching.  The whole picture is created with buttercream x's.
