Buttercream Cake Contest

Vanilla cake filled with chocolate ganache buttercream and fresh strawberries, and covered in pink buttercream. The booties are made of fondant and the little ptarmigan are piped in chocolate. It's very common here in Yellowknife to have to stop for ptarmigan in the road.
