Pearls & Diamonds
Pearls are favorites bride so, discreet they are found in cake design. It is a 9-layer cake, vanilla sponge with white chocolate filling and cherries boiled in Porto wine (Portuguese wine) and chocolate caramel filling with caramelized walnuts. It had a weight of 35 kg (77 lbs) and a height of 90 cm (3 feet).
