The little water droplets are piping gel. The pieces that look like flecks of ice on the bottle are actually little bits of poured sugar attached to the fondant.  I think the bottle looked a little shiny just from airbrushing it too. It was covered with white fondant and I airbrushed it brown. I tried to airbrush a little lighter toward the middle of the bottle so it looked a bit more translucent.

You're amazing. How did you get that translucent and frosted effect of the glass? And those water droplets? You're so talented.

Thank you! I used some piping gel and attached some broken bits of my poured sugar to the bottle with some gum glue.
