Kangaroo Cake
Australia element for the travelling grandson. Kangaroo is freehand from 50/50 fondant and gumpaste. Signpost indicating his to 'planned' destinations from gumpaste. Kangaroo sitting on a sort of Crocodile Dundee hat in Australia's national colours, studded with fondant crocodile teeth. The cake is vanilla Vic Sponge triple layered with raspberry jam and vanilla butter icing, covered in fondant.
