It;s been many, many  yrs since I bought one,  but the best was KopyKake.  It's made for cakes whereas others might be much too powerful and blow holes in your cake:(

I would definitely love to try the airbrushing, but I'm not confident enough yet. I've been looking at different airbrushing kits online, but would'n't know where to begin. If anyone would have an idea where to get something quite simple and easy enough to use, any ideas and thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks all.

Hi, Lorraine.  I don't have a lot of experience with the air brush, but I've found it to be my new friend.  LOL  It's easy to use and great for shading and effects. :o)

Lorraine it is not hard but does take some practice to get it right.

Most of what you see on t.v. in NOT the way I was taught.  They hold the brush in so many different, weird ways :(  Like everything else, some people have a knack for it and others take some time to learn it.

Hello again, I see that you said you have airbrushed the cake, I have only ever seen a cake getting airbrushed on tv. Is it very difficult to do with a lot of experience required.

Hiya, I was just having a wee look at all your cakes. They are absolutely brilliant. "off with his head cake" has got to be
one of the best cakes I have ever seen. The turtle cake is just so life like, it is hard to see it as a cake. Brilliant... Your cakes are FAB.....
