Thanks Goreti.  You can buy the charms as a package, 4 or 5. Each charm has a special meaning that comes with it. the more expensive ones are silver. Like- diamond ring is next to marry-sail boat, going on a trip. etc. I have a list of meanings or you can buy the charms in a department store like the charm bracelet ones and make up your own. It's a fun cake for a party.
