Thank you again Dina,  So thrilled to be an inspiration to you, that's how I got into the business. I was watching my secondry school domestic science teacher decorate a cake when I was 14 yrs old (remember this was 34 years ago and when there wasn't any  cake programmes on the telly)  and thought at the time 'that's what I'm going to do' And here I am decorating cake's.

I would advise you if you can take qualifications or even classes.

I know this had to be your only cake for that day unless you have a shop with helpers. It's very nice. I plan to practice with some dummies soon.

Thank you Veronica, I made this dummy for a wedding fayre, I hadn't really thought out the logistics of transporting and making  this with real cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol........... and surprise, surprise I got an order for it. !!!!Anyway I managed to do it, phew!!!!!!!!! what a relief. Had to get to the venue very early in the morning, assemble the cake then do the royal icing detail.
