Blue Hat Birthday Cake - 122F
Cake was carved around the top edge to create a rounded top and then covered with fondant. The hat, ribbon, and flower replicated the birthday girl's party invitation.

Hey Cindy! As far as I know, it's coincidence. :) I married into the name, but I don't think we have any family in Ohio.

Beautiful!! I used to work with a couple of people at Walmart Distribution here in Ohio by the last name of Judge. I think her name was Denise
