Beautiful cake Christina with a perfect finish.  The problem with the squashed pictures has been happening for some time and we administrators have raised the issue with the site owner.  Sadly, nothing seems to have resolved it.

Thanks much Sandra, honestly it takes a lot of time to get such a smooth finish, but this customer insisted that she wanted smooth icing so I had to do it.  I was pleased myself with the outcome.  I must practice until I have perfected this technique.  It is simple but elegant little cake.  The photo was not downloaded from a mobile device thou.  There is an issue when the picture taken is portrait as landscape does not present these problems.  I trust the administrators of this site will correct whatever the issues are as it never use to be that way.

I love this cake!  Love the colors and the elegant design!  For some reason, occasionally pics downloaded from a mobile device will look smashed, but if you view it full size, it appears as it should.
