I think it's my best cake so far. this was all eddible execpt for the small middle tier. that one was a dummie. I used the broochmolds by Karen Davies wich is one of my favorites. I also used the pearlmold and designers stensils with dust. I also used the texured laceset 1 by fmm wich I cut into pieces and put them back together in an other way ;) all the brooches and molds are handpainted for extra detail. it was a wonderfull cakeday for me to create this one. I had a smile on my face all day ;)

Sorry I meant to say I CAN'T see not one mistake. It is such a clean cake with NO mistakes....LOL Sorry my bad. Hope you win as it is the best one when rating overall for clean, smooth, technique difficulty, design flow, creativity, etc. This is definitely the best considering everything. Luv those brooches. I am always looking for good brooch molds but have never founds ones like those. Who is Karen Davies?
thank you al so much!
@ Mildred, I dusted the pearl strands before putting them om the cake, otnherwise you can smudge your cake with dust... and I'm curious what mistake you see, because for me this was one of the very little cakes who had no backsides ;)))) (that's the first thing that we say when we made a mistake here in holland: ow, now we know what the backside must be ;) )
beautiful design
Love...love...love this cake. Very clean and very detailed. Did you dust the pearl strands after you put them on or before. Love the flow of design. Can even see one mistake.. very smooth fondant work. What an awesome cake... you should be very proud!
