4 Tier Black and White Wedding cake with gumpaste roses.
This cake was made of Chocolate Stout cake, chocolate ganache, and covered with FondX. The stenciling is all hand-done. The ribbon is silk. There are of course dowels and boards between each tier. I loved creating this elegant cake for a lovely summer wedding last year!

@ Meera, I did not free hand the cake.  :)  I guess I meant by "hand-stencilling"  that I hand-painted it with the use of a stencil.  To do all four tiers and sides, it took around 10 hours.  :)

Very nice cake..when you say "The stenciling is all hand-done."...did you free hand it? If so, that's amazing.  How did you get it so perfect looking?
