suitcase Cake
OMG, I thought this cake would be so easy. It was huge. I had to use foam core board for the cake because no cake boards available that were big enough. Edible images for travel stickers. Very heavy. We have had so much rain and humidity in Texas it made it even more difficult to get a good finish with the fondant. I had to "makeshift" a box to fit it in to deliver.

Wow, that is huge. You have had more than your share of rain in Texas. My daughter lives in Austin and it seems every time I speak to her she tells me it's raining.
