Zombie Birthday Cake

First attempt at carving a cake. Used 6 in on top & 8 in on the bottom. Cake is Red Velvet with MMF. For the blood I used raspberry preserves, the dirt is I used the cake taken off during carving. When my daughter's friend asked if I could do this for her boyfriend's birthday, of course, I said "sure" but I had my doubts. All in all I'm pretty happy with the results even though it is not perfect.
