Thank You...Goreti & Katy...Goreti..I beat the  BC til it's really creamy and spreads like soft butter. I still want to try the Bettercream, the cakes I've seen here look so pretty.

It's funny but every time I see one of your cakes I think "this is my favorite one" until you post the next one.  This is such a lovely cake.  I LOVE the piping on the side as well as the pop of hot pink against the aqua as well as the pale green for the leaves.  Gorgeous color combination.  The consistency of your buttercream always reminds me of whipped cream.

Such a lovely cake, Betty!  The pale aqua with touches of white and darker aqua are so delicate and charming.  The unexpected hot pink roses (I would have never thought of using that color) just make everything pop, pop, POP!  Gorgeous!  I love it.
