12" 2 layer yellow butter cake, raspberry BC filling, with almond BC frosting. Mixed BC flowers.

LOL - that is the only problem with a lot of decor on cakes, Betty. I like the rosette effect on the side of a cake, but have to remove most of the frosting before I can eat it. And I LOVE sweets and frosting, it's just too much.
Thanks Sandra and Goreti....You 2 lovely ladies are so talented you can do anything you set your mind to do. I know one thing... It sure was a HEAVY cake with all those flowers. My customer/friend wanted lots of flowers. What she got was a LOT of sugar LOL ..:))
Don't know how you do it Betty. I would make such a mess if I tried to cover the entire top of the cake with flowers and never mind how long it would take me to pipe them. Soooo lovely
One day, if I live long enough, I will be able to make a cake like this, Betty :o) Utterly beautiful!
