Double boiler.  If you are willing to share, I would love to try the microwave version because it seems the older I get, the more failures I have with this one.  Go figure.  When I was in my 20's and 30's, it always came out perfect.

I have a recipe for a 7 min made partly in the microwave. Used to use the double boiler over water method until I found this one. Works great. How do you make yours??

Everything looks good on a coconut cake and the shamrock is no exception - lovely.  Betty, I use 7 minute frosting on my coconut cake, too, but sometimes I wind up with a really sticky mess that eventually slides off my cake.  Do you have any suggestions because I love the stuff.
