Birthday Castle Cake Top View
This top view is a 6" x 4" strawberry cake, torted for 4 layers, filled with strawberry flavored marshmallow buttercream. All covered with vanilla almond crusting buttercream. Torrents are all fondant, with a cone as a top on one only. The rest have whimsical tops, each in a different color, look like hats, finished off with luster dust. Birds, plaques, etc... are made with fondant. Sofia the First doll was purchased, a toy.

Thanks Sandra. I really do know how to make a proper, stand up, topper for these torrents, but that was not the look I was going for. These are like 'good little witches' hats, know what I mean? Thought they would go with a fantasy castle. The kids all liked them.
