Rear view. Bottom is a 12" x 4" strawberry cake, torted for 4 layers, filled with Marshmallow buttercream mixed with whipped cream & chopped strawberries. The top is a 6" x 4" strawberry cake, torted for 4 layers, filled with strawberry flavored marshmallow buttercream. All covered with vanilla almond crusting buttercream. The whimsical torrents are all fondant, with a cone as a top on one only. Flowers, grass, etc..., are all done with fondant. Princess Sofia doll was purchased, a toy.

Crusting buttercream recipe, smooth as you can get it with spatula, in fridge for 20 minutes, now omit the 'smooth with paper towel' bit, powdered sugar on the impression mat, apply to cake where needed, sugar helps to keep it from sticking.  Voila!  Ain't I smart??? L O L!

Of course I can see the cobblestones, but I did not realize it was buttercream!  How did you do texture on BUTTERCREAM?!

I keep typing comments, then forget to 'add comment', so I loose it all!  So frustrating!

LOL - even the back is pretty!  Forgot to mention what a nice touch the swan and little birds were.
