Birthday Cake with cupcakes

November 2011. I did this for a co-workers little girl. She wanted a cake all to herself and for everyone else to have cupcakes. So I made her a cake and gave her a cupcake also. The candy surrounding the cake and on the cupcakes are: rolos, reese's, and tootsie roll roses (all covered with black sparkle gel). The cupcake on top of the cake is inside a white chocolate cupcake liner.
