Chocolate Fudge Cake, Cannoli filling, Chocolate Swiss Buttercream, covered in Marshmallow fondant--My daughter is a chocolate lover and this is her 25th birthday cake. Can't believe my baby is 25.

June, I was born in Sao Miguel, Acores which is a Portuguese island but have lived most of my life in the US. Funny my kids went to a Polish Catholic School so they were taught a little Polish.
