Birthday Cake

2011. The customer wanted a chocolate cake and chocolate icing but wanted it to be pink and black, so I cut pink and black sugar sheets and swirled sparkled gel on the sheets. I then made the tootsie roll roses and painted them with some of the black sparkled gel. They had there own cake topper.
