This was my very 1st cake, done 3 yrs. ago. I hadn't done any "real" decorating in years, & years. Both my children lived away, & only then had they come back to the area. So I wasn't even making B-day cakes. I just opened my mouth and said, what the heck, I'll do it. Knew my niece loved chocolate
