Thanks Goreti, Sandra and Betty...! This was one of my first attempts after my class with Kathleen Lang... since then... I've gotten MUCH better... we all have to start somewhere...

Timothy, you do the Lambeth method so beautifully!  I would love to just stand by and watch you pipe...gorgeous cake!
