I thought they probably were, just by the color they show up in the picture.  Bet the true purple is even  better.

Thanks Sandra. The roses were a beautiful shade of dk purple. Wish the photo had captured the real color.

Hoo hoo!  That's a big one.  I cannot believe the color of these roses, gorgeous.  I would never have recognized this as your except for the roses...and borders, of course.  Love it!
