I am the only one in my family who loves butterscotch, so I rarely have the pudding or the cake. Someone, somewhere said that line jello powder in a cake is apparently awesome. Since it is my b-day in 2 wks, maybe I will make some butterscotch Canada Day cupcakes. B-day is July 1st.

Yes June, that is what I did, sometimes I add some caramel coffee creamer too but with the BC it becomes too sweet so this time I did not add it. I just went crazy with the colors. I wanted to make a tie dye cake but this is what I ended up with.
