BEVO - Texas Longhorn cake
This is my 1st sculpture! I made this for our son's 22nd birthday. He's a huge Longhorn fan. I made him out of modeling chocolate.

Oh gosh....I don't really know how much he weighted. His body was RC, covered in modeling chocolate and the arms and head were all solid modeling chocolate, so maybe 3 lbs or more?? That's about how much modeling chocolate I used. But that weight is just for him and not the whole cake. LOL
