Jeanne... I have to ask you... how in the world do you get your cakes to look so "clean"??? I cannot think of another word to use than that! They look so perfect! No bulging or lumps or torn fondant! No mess! Just perfect!!! Even when I perfectly level my cakes, it still doesn't look lik I want them to. I made my second Harley Davidson cake last night... will post today! HELP! Would love some advice/tips! :-)
