sure:) for the sponge you will need 7 eggs, 210 grams sugar and 210 grams flour (all purpose). You mix together the eggs and the sugar for about 20-25 minutes until they become white, then with a spatula you incorporate slowly the flour. Make sure you mix it well.  For the forest fruits mousse you will nedd 400 grams berries..the kind you like... mine was a mixture of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, four tablespoons of sugar, 5 grams powdered gelatin and 200 mililiters whiped cream. You mix the mashed fruits with the sugar on heat for 5 minutes, then you add the gelatine previously hidrated in water or juice from the fruits. When it cools you cad add the whipped cream and mix easily. You can use frozen fruits, I did too. This fruit mousse I use it for 2 round 9 to 10 inch cakes. It depends actually of the whipped cream quantity used. You will figure it out cause you are a specialist. The cream cheese..well I used a kid of cheese made only in Romania I think, but you can use cream cheese or even ricotta cheese or sweet cheese. So you will need 400 grams cheese, powdered sugar..the quantity depends on the cheese and how sweet do you want it to balance the fruits mousse,  vanilla, and 300 ml whipped cream. You mix it all together. That's it ..if you have any questions..I'm here.

Thank you for your comment:)
