This backdrop cake is 1/2 sheet white cake with buttercream filling and covered in modeling chocolate. The baseball player is sculpted form modeling chocolate. Trees, signage and the field are all modeling chocolate

Thank you! Backdrop Cakes (As I call them) have become one of the most popular things that people ask me for. The backdrops really give the cake a lot of 'presence', even more so in person than reflected in the pics!
